Got the wing skin on top and bottom. I set the forward skin on the nose and was curious about the best way to go about attaching it.
Is it best to drill and clecos one side first, top or bottom? It looks like a 2 man job to get it wrapped over the front ribs and drilled and clecos in place but if someone has a technique that worked well for them I'd appreciate the feedback.

Download the wing construction tip from the Sonex website. Using the strap method... its a 1 man op. It helps to have someone help you flip the wing but I was able to do this on my own as well.

What I did, 1 man job:

What isn't shown in those pictures is the wood blocks I placed along the aft spar, so the stress of the straps wasn't focused on the aft edge of the skins.

Nice responses. You guys always come through. Hope to see everyone at the Sonex cookout at Airventure this summer. I've probably met many of you last year or the year before. I really appreciate everyone's help.
